Ms. Higgins is an Associate Attorney at Campbell & Williams where her practice includes all aspects of civil and commercial litigation with an emphasis on complex business and commercial disputes, as well as catastrophic personal injury claims. Ms. Higgins joined the firm in 2018, and has represented clients at both the trial and appellate levels. 

Ms. Higgins obtained her Juris Doctorate from the William S. Boyd School of Law on a full tuition scholarship, graduating with concentrations in both Intellectual Property and Business & Commercial Law.  During her time in law school, Ms. Higgins worked as a judicial extern to the Honorable Judges Jennifer A. Dorsey and Andrew P. Gordon at the U.S. District Court for the District of Nevada.  Additionally, Ms. Higgins served on the editorial board of the Nevada Law Journal, as well as the executive boards for both the Intellectual Property Law Society and Sports & Entertainment Law Association. Her aptitude for legal writing also earned her a position as Teaching Assistant for Professor Terrill Pollman in the #1 legal writing program in the nation.
